Favorite Beauty Splurges

Today I wanted to talk about my top beauty products that I think are worth the splurge! I’ll be the first to say I’m kind of crazy when it comes to drugstore beauty products. I’m a sucker for anything new and a marketer's dream! Yes, I’m the type of person to buy the new eye shadow just because it’s in a different packaging. What can I say, I can’t help it sometimes! Drugstore beauty products are great in all, but I do have a few higher quality products that I always make sure I have in my beauty bag. Each of these products runs on the pricey side, but realistically I use them for about a year or more before they run out. Here’s my beauty splurge list:

Nars Bronzer in Laguna: This is the perfect bronzer to give yourself a little extra color. I mostly use this in the winter when I’m looking very pale. A simple sweep on the cheekbones and you’re good to go!

Nars Copacabana Highlighter: A great highlighter for cheeks, eyes, lips and body! I use my finger and put a dab in the corner of my eyes and on my cheekbones. The best part about this is it’s super bendable, so it doesn’t look like you have a big shiny streak on your cheek.

Bobbi Brown Luminous Moisturizing Foundation: I LOVE this foundation! I’ve tried so many foundations and I always come back to this one! It provides great coverage and it is light enough to build multiple layers without looking caked on.

Bobbi Brown Extra Face Oil: This is a perfect moisture boost in the winter. My skin tends to run on the dry side, so I put this on under my foundation or at night before I go to bed. The best part about this is it doesn’t break out my face like so many other moisturizers do!

Obviously, I have a problem with NARS and Bobbi Brown! What are some of your favorite beauty splurges? I would love to hear them!
