With Hurricane Gustav barrelling toward Louisiana, I am experiencing a plethora of emotions: apprehension, anxiety, angst, ambivalence, . . . and that's just the A's! I feel as if my home community may be turned upside down with the onslaught of another tremendous natural disaster. The giant mug in front of the Frostop Diner near Tulane Stadium hasn't been set upright since Katrina and Rita rearranged our landscape. So, once again, Lousianans are roiling in the angst of the moment, and we all feel a bit topsy turvy.
