This weekend I made some Low-Sugar Chocolate Shortbread cookies, and when I'm making cookies in my never-make-dessert household that's a sure sign that the holiday baking season is in full swing everywhere. No matter what your personal eating preferences or dietary restrictions, there's a Christmas cookie recipe for you here, so check my list and get baking!
I'm categorizing the recipes to make it easy for people to find a cookie they'd like to try, but some recipes go in more than one category, so when that happens you'll see it twice.
