Fight Night at The Paris House Designs, knock em out with boxing and a Mexican Fiesta

Fight Night at The Paris House Designs

In my family we are all big boxing fans and last night we hosted a party to watch the Sugar Shane Mosley fight at our home, Sugar Shane fought Margarita and won, it was a great fight!!  I was going to just get a few pizzas and some beer but then I got to thinking and planning, and although I love pizza I love to cook and entertain and decided to make this a fun "Guys" night and prepare a delicioius Mexican Fiesta that would surely knock em out!!!   Yes, ordering pizza would be easier but not tastier!! and I love to cook and I had the time because it was over the weekend.  Here is the menu I prepared:

Corona Margaritas, wine and beer (although no one drank any wine, the Margaritas were being whipped up in the blender all evening long)

Chorizo three cheese fondue with multi grain chips

spicy mexican grilled shrimp in a tomatillos sauce

Mexican style buffalo wings in a classic blue cheese dressing

Chipotle chicken cheese enchilladas

crab cheese wontons

homemade guacamole , salsa and chips

kaluha Flan and a variety of cookies and cupcakes for all the kids in attendance that ranged from age3-15

This menu was easy to put together and deliciousfight night at the paris house designs
