At my house In Salt Lake City, Utah, the grill is active at least six months of the year, and I like to think of myself as being fairly experienced at cooking on a grill. However, recently I realized grilled figs are a treat I've completely missed out on!
It was Grilled Figs with Rosemary and Honey from The Inadvertent Gardener in Iowa City, Iowa, that opened my eyes to the idea of cooking figs on the grill. Those are Genie's delicious looking figs in the photo too.
