Five Sense Friday #6

Each of our five senses (touch, sight, smell, feel, and taste) help us to learn and understand the world around us. Here's a fun linkup to share your surroundings with us each week. There are those among us who don't have full use of these faculties, so gratitude and celebration for them is certainly in order. Hence,

FSF

It works like this.

    1. Take a picture or just narrate something for each of the five senses surrounding you right now.
    2. Then, post on your blog and link here, or simply reply in the comments. (For those of you wanting to post on your blog and link at the bottom of this post, you are welcome to use the little images I created for each sense.)

Oh, and if you have any ideas on sprucing things up let me know. I love new ideas and changing things to make it work for (most) everyone!

Here goes:

touch

The arm of the chair digging into my leg and warmth of that foot under the opposite leg as I sit here working.

taste

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream - 'nuff said!

smell

The lingering scent of baked boneless beef barbecue ribs.

see

Baby Boy alternating between pushing buttons on the printer and climbing under my desk.

hear

Baby Boy's electronic book that sings a few nursery rhymes and the plastic sound of toy keys clanging together.

Now it's your turn! Come on and join me on this Five Sense Friday adventure in exploring the world around us. Add your post url below and be sure to visit others' posts as well!
