We all have them--those sugar cravings that make us keep running out mid-morning or afternoon for coffee or tea--and our fix. Or we have two or three sets of those in different sizes to accommodate weight fluctuations.
And you know what? Those sugar addictions might also be costing you in your career, because you might get a sugar rush at first, but soon you'll experience the crash and be tired, irritable, moody, unfocused.
