Flat Stomach Workout - Stability Ball Dumbbell Chest Press

Unfortunately many women think that when they are trying to lose weight and get a flat stomach they should not lift weights. However, the benefits of weight lifting for women are endless and lifting weights only helps increase your flat stomach results.

One exercise that should be a part of your flat stomach workout is the Stability Ball Dumbbell Chest Press. This exercise not only works your core muscles, but your chest, triceps, and shoulders as well. 

When you take the benefits of the Chest Press - strengthening your chest muscles and therefore tightening your tricepe (getting rid of those flabby arms) while sculpting your shoulders without having to do too much shoulder work - and move it to the stability ball your get even more work done in just one move.  Adding the stability ball to this exercise allows you to work your core muscles and work your flat stomach without having to do all those crunches at the end of you workout.
