We're celebrating BlogHer Food this year by asking food bloggers in the BlogHer network to share some of their favorite recipes.
Kalyn Denny certainly never imagined that blogging would be a life-changing adventure when she started Kalyn's Kitchen in early 2005 as a place to store her low-glycemic recipes online. Now she's retired from her job as a third grade teacher and spends most days cooking, photographing, and posting the simple-but-interesting recipes using fresh ingredients that have made Kalyn's Kitchen so popular. Kalyn also writes a feature called Weekend Menu Planning at BlogHer.com, and she's proud to be one of BlogHer's original contributing editors as well as a founding member of the BlogHerAds network.
If you ask Kalyn about her favorite recipe, it's likely to be a salad with feta cheese, like the Peperoncini Chopped Salad with Romaine, Red Bell Pepper, and Feta that she came up with earlier this year.
I concur, Kalyn -- salads with feta make me drool. Can't wait to make this!
