A Fork in the Socket is run by a 20-something blogger who goes by the handle of Rook Ie (Rook for short.) It deals in a dual-niche market. The personal blog section is mostly a humor blog, with a few occasional heartfelt posts (much against my own will.) The technology part of the blog is dedicated to providing free information for people looking to start or improve personal web sites and blogs. After all, why should we have to pay to produce our own content?!
