Four Years Later

And that’s why I’m as proud of my husband today as I was four years ago. I’ve seen him fight for those values every single day as President. And today, four years later, those values and all that progress that we’ve fought so hard for are at stake in this election. That’s why, from now until November, I’m going to do everything I can to make sure that Barack can keep fighting for four more years.
We need all of your support, as well. So I want to ask each of you to help out over these next few months. Reach out to your neighbors and friends and families. Post about the values we believe in and the progress that we’re all working toward. Knock on doors or make phone calls in your neighborhood. If we all do our part, together we can keep moving this country forward.
Thanks again, everyone, for reading and for all the important work you’re doing every day.
Editor’s Note: BlogHer has reached out to both candidates to ask for their perspectives, as well as those of their wives, on what’s at stake in the upcoming election. Thanks to Ms. Obama for being the first and continuing the conversation she started four years ago with the BlogHer community. -- Stacy Morrison
