I love to spend time in the garden. At first, it is kind of overwhelming with the constant weeding. But, before you know it, you start to have a harvest of sorts. Lettuce and peas comes first, followed by tomatoes and zucchini. Now with zucchini, it is kind of a love/hate relationship. Have you ever had that with your veggies? I know, kind of odd. We had friends bring us dinner a few days ago. Everyone keeps telling me to relax and just enjoy my time since pretty soon Paul will be back to work and I will then be running after the kids trying to figure out which way is up and which way is down. The joys of motherhood, right?

I bought some Chicken-Apple mini links at the store yesterday, and was in search of a sauce that would compliment these little yummies, and came across this recipe from the noblepig.com. I'm hoping for a substitution for the old time favorite crockpot mini smokies bathed in bbq sauce, now I'm not knocking these, just think it's time for a chance....more
