Crochet Shell Stitch Baby Blanket

I'm so excited to finally be able share this pattern with you! It's been a draft for way too long. So as you may know, my cousin (who happens to live in Canada) just had a bouncing baby boy! Of course, being the crocheter and all, I decided to make her a baby blanket.
