Hey y'all! How is everyone?? Y'all failed me yesterday with that light citrus-y dressing!! Haha. I ended up having something completely different {and bad} yesterday: a baked sweet potato with real butter and a little blue cheese and ... icing. You heard me. I had some leftover icing and I ate a few spoonfuls! Tempeh Bacon

Apparently this is the week of trying new things.Sunday when I was grocery shopping, I was looking at the vegetarian/vegan section, which is where my Whole Foods usually has the gluten-free wraps. I looked up and saw tempeh bacon.I was curious.With the Tone It Up plan, tempeh is a recommended protein, and let's be real, there is only so much chicken this girl can eat. Results Not Typical

Hey y'all! I want to say THANK YOU for all the well wishes when I was sick. Y'all are the sweetest :)It ended up being the flu, and it lasted a good six days. Lame. I don't do sick very well! After my 48 hour quarantine I tried to work Friday, go to a party Friday night and go to a friend's for the game Saturday. I didn't last anywhere for long, but at least I got out.I swear I'm boredom intolerant. Haha. Don't you love that term? Lightened-Up Potato Salad
