I thought my child bearing days made me bloated? No? My milk?

I have always had a love/hate relationship with milk.  I can eat some cheese like its nobody's business but to drink a glass of milk is another story.  When I started eating healthier last year I started buying almond milk.  Every smoothie recipe I read had almond milk it, no lactose and it had my beloved non-gmo badge of approval on it.  I became a die hard almond milk fan.  I even would get the sweetened vanilla almond milk so I could skip the sugar and creamer in my coffee....more
