BlogHer Food '12: What You Wrote After

I love to read write-ups of conferences after attendees arrive home. The experiences are always wide and varied, as no two people can attend the same conference and have the same experiences. Our BlogHer Food '12 attendees proved just that with their great wrap-up posts which we are briefly highlighting today. If you didn't go or even if you did go, I encourage you to read through some of these posts and see what people experienced, thought, felt, photographed and ate at BlogHer Food in Seattle....more

What I learned at the BlogHer Food '12 conference

This was my first BlogHer Food Conference. I came as a sponge, soaking up all information presented before me. Overall it was fabulous. I connected with women and a few men of all ages and backgrounds of blogging. Most people I met were lovely and shared their stories including professional writers, cooks and photographers who On my blog The Fearless Cooking Club, I give Patty’s Points after I make something for the first time. BlogHer Food '12: Day Two in Tweets!

Today found our BlogHer '12 Food attendees sharing photos, wisdom from sessions and other chatter via twitter once again. I have to say that there's something fun about following the #blogherfood hashtag and reading each and every one of your tweets. Every single one! I feel like I've learned more than my brain can handle. Like yesterday, I pulled two tweets from each session to give you a broad overview of what people took away from the panelists' presentations. BlogHer Food '12: Day One in Tweets!

What an amazing first day of our BlogHer Food '12 conference in Seattle! I followed along all day, learning and laughing and drooling over food. If you missed a session or are following along with our Virtual Conference at home, this Day in Tweets post will bring you up to speed -- in bite sized portions -- with today's happenings....more

The excitement for BlogHer Food '12 continues to build this week. We're less than three days from Day One of the conference, and the food blogging niche of the blogosphere is talking about all the ways they're preparing for the big event! These posts are always of interest to me because, as individuals, we all get ready for something like this in different ways. Some people create. Some people worry. Some people, well, eat! Some people celebrate! What I do know is that we're listening to what you're saying, and we want to share it with others as they plan and pack....more

A Few BlogHer Food Speakers Dish On Their Favorite Seattle Food Spots

The countdown to BlogHer Food '12 continues and so does our series of interviews with our amazing speakers. This week I asked the question that I know is on everyone's mind: What's your favorite food spot in Seattle? We asked some speakers who live in and around the Seattle area, of course. I also phrased it as such -- food spot -- in case someone wanted to give some outside-the-box food places in their recommendations. I was right to do that and you'll have to read on to see why....more
