Gluten Free Blueberry Crisp

There isn't much to say about this crisp other than YUM! I've had many crisps in the past and the whole concept is that they are lighter and less caloric than cobblers and pies....so why is there still a stick of butter and nearly a cup of sugar added to these crisps? Exactly. But not this one! I wasn't joking when I said it's so healthy you can eat it for breakfast. The ingredients are nourishing to give you fuel for the day or to have as a treat after dinner! Simple ingredients, one dish and voila! Ours lasted for 1 day...see if you can make it last!...more
