My daily "go-to" tea

     I drink tea all day long. Hot tea, iced tea, green tea, kombucha name and I probably have it in my tea drawer.  I love that it keeps me hydrated while delivering healing and nutritional qualities at the same time. On the go I always carry a glass water bottle such as Lifefactory BPA free with a tea bag of choice thrown in it to drink throughout the day. If I need a little extra energy I throw in green tea or kombucha tea bag....more

Her First Kiss
