OK, so I am a self-proclaimed Bread-a-Holic.  I can't help myself, I just love bread.  Here's a new twist on making bruschetta featuring Blue Cheese, tomatoes, and lots of fresh herbs.  Enjoy!  Life's too short to eat crappy food.  :-)
