For many, comfort food is an enormous tureen of soup, fragrant with spices and steaming. Is it really Easter already? How the hell did that happen? I swear I just blinked for a second after Valentine's Day and here it is. Everybody's dressing in green and pinching each other and generally being obnoxious. And next week it's Easter. It seems unfair that it's all crammed together like this. I'm having trouble feeling motivated to celebrate spring when I am 99.9% positive we'll get one more snow. And that snow will be the worst. It's like when you watch Game of Thrones and they switch to those desolate Northern wall scenes and you want to scream- NOOOOOOOO! No more snow....more
