Cauliflower Crust Pizza

I’ve been planning to make this Cauliflower Crust Pizza for over a year. Even though I had lot of success with using cauliflower when I was making lighter Fettucini Alfredo of replacing part of the mashed potato with Mashed Cauliflower, still I was reluctant to try this recipe. I just couldn’t imagine how can cauliflower be used instead of pizza dough. The procedure itself is not complicated. You use some Riced Cauliflower, mix it with an egg and shape into a circle. Bake for 10 minutes, top with your favorite toppings and bake for 10 more minutes. That’s it!...more
