Swimming lessons

The family was all set to go for a swim.The bags filled with towels, sneakers and extra clothes for when they would be dry struggled to stay contained. The number of children in the gaggle was undecipherable as they all were in a state of constant movement. Week 1: Quiet Time Before Bed

Sleep is the most important thing we can do to keep ourselves healthy ,balanced and focused. Most of us have hard time getting restful sleep, falling asleep or even waking up.My challenge to you is to take 20 minutes before bed all this week, put on quiet music, lie on the floor and do basic stretches and breath clearing exercises.
