Last week I shared with you a reipe for Healthified Nutella. It was great as a sandwich spread, but I wondered what would it be like if I used it in baked goods. Oatmeal Raisin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Once upon a time I had the most amazing job. I worked admin for a family owned turf farm. I had THE most wonderful boss and her family was an absolute hoot to work with. Not only did I work admin managing accounts, but I also helped make lunches for the guys in the field. These were not sandwiches in a bag type of lunches either, keep in mind.
