Grilling Onions, Red Peppers and Potatoes

 I have discovered through personal experience that grilling veggies isn't always as simple as tossing the veggies on a grill.  If you do a little prep work, it will make your finished product much nicer, and your friends will think you are a genius.  Here's what I have learned... Precooking is key! Potatoes:  Peel and slice potatoes into thick slabs, lengthwise.  Then, steam them on your stove top for about 10 minutes.    Read more >
