Taking Back Dinner Time with Menu Planning

I'm a planner.  Okay that might be a lie.  I plan in my head, but in reality I make decisions by the seat of my pants and live pretty much in the moment.  This is fun for some people, and pure torture for my plan-it-until-it-dies-a-boring-death husband.  Don't get me wrong, I love the guy - but he plans, and shops, and plans, and thinks, and asks other people (except me - he doesn't ask me) and THEN he makes a decision.....Which is great if you're buying a car...more

Looking Forward to 2014!

I know it's not New Year's Eve yet. I know I'm a little bit early according to popular practice, but I'm starting to think about New Year's Resolutions and Planning 2014.Why? 5 Cooking Tips to Make Your Work Week Easier

Usually I'm pretty good at staying on top of things, but with work heating up and our wedding drawing near lately I find myself saying "There are not enough hours in the day" a lot.  This thought typically crosses my mind on a weeknight at about 10:30PM after a full day of work, hitting the gym, running errands and getting the house in order (i.e....more
