When I started this journey of finding the right combination of foods to make the perfect fruit smoothie, I tried many things and--yes--experienced some really bad smoothies. I love nuts (that's what she said) especially ALMONDS! With 1 cup of raw almonds I can make over 2 cups of almond milk and enough almond meal to bread 2lbs of chicken breast. A little goes a long way.
