David Lebovitz Releases the Delicious Cookbook 'My Paris Kitchen'

BlogHer Food '14 keynote speaker, blogger, and author David Lebovitz has just released his newest book, My Paris Kitchen, a cookbook filled with stories about Paris and over a hundred recipes, for everything from first courses to dessert. Starting with apéritif hour, there are salted olive crisps, green olive, basil and almond tapenade.  It moves on to soups, salads, and main courses like mustard chicken, counterfeit duck confit (which produces crispy-skin duck without all the mess of traditional preserved duck - and couldn't be easier to prepare).  And ends with sweets such as chocolate and dulce de leche tart, hazelnut praline éclairs, and a Bûche de Noël (yule log cake) to finish off the year. ...more
