Eggs, Potatoes and Salad all we needed for dinner, this Wednesday night. We prepared a delicious old-school frittata with some organic eggs, yellow potatoes, white onions and a blen of spices, including adobo, chilli flakes and sweet paprika.The dish started on the stovetop then finished off in the oven to crisp up and until the lovely mix was bubbling up to perfection.
