OC Fashion showcase, a fundraising event to help working wardrobes, was held three nights from April 19 to April 21.Night Two was on Friday April 20, 2012 and was hosted by Susan Romanishin, this year’s Miss California USA. So I find in watching all of these fashion shows on t.v., that I really, really like the free spirited gay men who are gorgeously attractive, stylish, and interesting (not the overly flamboyant types… but pretty anyhow). It’s a weird, but legitimate attraction that makes me wonder…. If I like such a womanish type of dude…. Does that mean that I’m actually attracted o feminine qualities, and as a result… gay myself? Or am I attracted to what I see as a reflection of myself, and in that case just narcissistic? ...more
More often than not, the 45-year-old owner of the downtown boutique Goga turned out perfectly constructed, wearable, stunning garments; and more often than not, she was cast aside by judges. Finally, showing what was, arguably, the best of the designs on the runway during the final challenge, Gehlhausen was eliminated, one challenge short of showing at Fashion Week. It's hard to believe that Barbie is 50 years old this year! (Just one year older than me!) That's 50 years of the fashion world influencing Barbie's wardrobe, and 50 years of Barbie also influencing the fashion world.
Barbie has certainly been a big influence on me all of my life, so I was thrilled when I saw the Barbie Fall 2009 Runway Fashion Show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in February... an entire professional runway show devoted to the look of Barbie!
