Today is the first day of summer for us down here in New Mexico. I know it is still technically spring, but it's 91 degrees out here. We spent the whole day yesterday hooking up our a/c and now I am sitting enjoying the fruits of our labor while watching my husband build a delicious looking fruit salad, that ominously contains gelatin. Weird, don't much care for gelatin, but hopefully it's good. I think that today I am just going to focus on being cool and staying out of the sun as much as possible....more
