Here's Why GLEE Should Just End With The Tribute Episode

I didn’t watch many episodes of GLEE last year because of the change in the schedule. Still, I felt an investment in knowing what happened to the characters I had come to appreciate. I was also pleased GLEE made it this long – I still feel bad about “My So Called Life” and “Popular” ending too soon....more

And unlike some internet critics, I always loved Cory Monteith's Finn. He was flawed and a little bit dorky. He never seemed to know what to do next, but he bumbled his way into some rocking musical numbers, and into finally figuring out that he needed to step up and help Rachel do the hardest part of any relationship in transition -- the leaving part. ...more

An Open Letter to Glee’s Creator on Behalf of Fat Girls Everywhere

I’m a big fan of the show Glee. It’s actually one of my favourite shows. It started out as a show that was about the underdogs, the ones that society steps on. It’s followed the stories of characters that I fell in love with over the past four years, and though I haven’t been very fond of the way that the show’s direction is going, I still love to hear the covers of the songs and watch the characters. Call it nostalgia, I guess. I think it’s done a lot of good for teens in our society, and I have to credit Ryan Murphy, its creator, with that....more
