40 Days of Yummy - Day 1

I want to lose weight but I don't want to starve myself. I also don't want to give up the foods I enjoy because I really enjoy food. My maternal grandparents, lived healthily until their late 70s, my father's mother lived until her 90s and she was healthy until the end.
