My Marathon Training Schedule

I’ve been looking for different ways I can train for my upcoming marathon. There are many sites that give great advice, but I decided to do my own research and put a program together that works for me. Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve increased my fitness walking, with both short walks, 4-5 miles, and long walks 8.5 miles to my new high, 10 miles. Yes, I did 10 miles two days ago.
