Chicago Cubs and Law of Attraction

Some people might think I'm going far out there on this one, but I those who know me, know about my beliefs in Law of Attraction.  I've been practicing Law of Attraction for many years now and strongly believe that what we believe in, is what we attract back.  Simply put, like attracts like.  If we are focusing on the positive, we will get more positive.  If we focus on the negative, we get more negative back.  "When it rains, it pours". ...more

In Search of Bliss

Ahh. What topic to choose. What topic to choose. Am I a wellness writer? Does this piece belong in life? That life is too short to concentrate on negative feelings - worry, fear, anger, sadness, etc - but it's really a training and conditioning of our body because as children we are taught negative feelings. ...more

Today Love Wants You to Know #4

Your body is really your best friend. I know, I know. You say, “Be thin” and it says, “Not yet.” You say, “Wake up” and it says, “*yawn*.” You say, “Relax” and it says, “No can do.” It’s not so much that your body is not listening, but instead the way you are speaking. You have heard, “Kill them with kindness,” but we say, “Love them with Mindness.” This goes for others, but first and foremost for Yourself. ...more

10 Daily LAW OF ATTRACTION Positive Affirmations

Law of Attraction means that "like attracts like", usually as applied to the mental life of human beings: that a person's thoughts (conscious and unconscious), emotions, beliefs and actions attract corresponding positive or negative experiences. This process has been described as "harmonious vibrations of the law of attraction", or "you get what you think about; your thoughts determine your experience." According to this belief, thoughts have an energy that attracts like energy. In order to control this energy, proponents state that people must practice four things: ...more
