Do you ever wake up with eyes that look and feel swollen?  A quick and easy trick to reducing the puffiness around the eyes and look bright-eyed again within a few minutes is to dip 2 cotton pads into a cup of cold milk, squeeze out the excess milk and place the pads over closed eyes.
