My Little Beauty Queen & King

I did something today I never thought I'd do. I let my 6 yr old son and 5 yr old daughter be in a beauty pageant. I'm not a big fan of pageants, even though I was constantly in them when I was young. If I ever put my daughter in a beauty pageant you have personal permission to Bitch Slap Me. I mean it. When I was five my mother entered me in the Little Miss America pageant. This was back in the day when a Black girl didn't stand a chance, let alone a Black girl with four missing front teeth.
