Recipe: Healthy, Paleo (and Mayo-less) Chicken Salad

This is a great chicken salad and completely cuts out all mayo (which I’m secretly not a fan of anyways), making it friendly to a lot of strict diets, including paleo, Atkins and other low carb diets. Although, this bread is the best bread in the world (from Raquette Lake Supply Co....more

My favorite Paleo ingredients

I get a lot of questions about the types of ingredients I use and where I find them. So I snapped a photo of a few of the staples I always keep in my pantry or fridge, all necessary for Paleo cooking. Most of these can be found at your local grocery store in the organic section or at a natural foods market. As I mentioned in a previous post, Honeyville Farms is my preferred brand of almond flour so I order it online....more
