I have unapologetically consumed approximately 1,473 Pumpkin Spice Lattes in the past week. I’m beginning to turn orange and that’s just fine with me :) My brother and I have been sharing pictures back and forth of all things pumpkin. We’re pumpkin fanatics! We get very serious about our pumpkin consumption. If fact, we cannot consume our first Pumpkin Spice Latte until the weather is in the 60’s. It's officially the season of Halloween decorations, too much candy, and pumpkins! We all know I love celebrating a season or a holiday to the max, and October is one of my favorites thanks to the ever useful pumpkin.
Last year I did a three-part workout series using pumpkins on a tennis court, and I thought it would be fun to revisit the workouts to combine them for one epic pumpkin strength workout. You will need at least one pumpkin or a heavy medicine ball to complete. (I'm pretty sure a pumpkin is easy to come by this time of year.)
All of these tailgates give me the opportunity to try out different pumpkin recipes, and a crowd of drunken Iowa State fans make the perfect test lab; they don't have high expectations and they're brutally honest....more
Fall is here! With the cooler weather, my mind is starting to drift towards warm meals, fall harvest, oranges and yellows and cozy weather. This weekend, I finally put up some of my fall decorations, which I’ll share at the end of this post.
