Paperless or Less Paper Office?

Worldwide paper consumption is on the decline.Well, actually, according to The New York Times, paper usage has plateaued worldwide but in the richest countries ( I think they mean the U.S. even though our "rich meter" may be debatable) "consumption fell 6 percent from 2000 to 2005."
