Baked Mussels: Two Ways!

I love baked mussels! It is one of the dishes that are so easy to cook. However, if you are buying farmed mussels, you will more likely end up with dirty and muddy mussels. I agree that it is one of the things that I don’t like about this seafood but sometimes, the extra effort it takes to prepare this yummy food is worth it.
