Its name, The Green Corridor, was immediately appealing and triggered my curiosity, especially after I got to find out more about its historical significances and the sentimental values left behind by the chugging sound of trains long gone....more
Matt and I have an interesting relationship with Singapore at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. We've enjoyed the Beef Rendang in 2010, and Singapore Shrimp in 2011. Both were pretty good dishes, but they weren't really anything to write home about. We've also always made the mistake of ordering the Singapore Sling. Well, 2013 is no exception to that tradition (when will we learn?!).
