It starts today

Monday starts a new chapter in life. A much more visible fish-bowl like exsistence. One of which has been a culmination of 28 years of service by my husband.  We begin navigating this new world today.Looking at the pictures from the event last Friday has me looking worse as I ever have. I've spent too much time on others fitness and wellness and not one minute on my own. Today, I need to shift gears.
