Summer Travel

Summer is in full swing.  Last summer we visited friends in Wisconsin.  One of the nicest places we encountered was the Wollersheim Winery. This year we decided to take a road trip back. Should Photo ID be Required to Vote?

 Today, Dane County Circuit Judge Richard Niess of Wisconsin issued permanent injunction against the bill that passed last year that would require state ID in  order to vote.  You would have to show either a valid driver’s license, US passport, or a student ID that expires within 2 years or a military ID in order to vote.  How about something that proves you are a resident, such as a utility bill or a medicare card?  They unfortunately do not meet the current requirements. ...more
