Get Your Body Back After Baby with Lindsay Brin

Having had three kids in the past 10 years I have always blamed my little stomach pooch on ‘three healthy babies’. I didn’t think it was really possible to get it back to a flat and toned state, and thus had completely given up the idea. But knowing exercise is important to overall health, I knew I wanted to include it as part of the Virtual Summer Camp for Moms event I was putting together….so I googled ‘fitness for moms’ and up popped a beautifully toned, young mom.
Following the link through I couldn’t believe my eyes. This mom, who has 3 children under 5, is fit and trim…and she has a flat stomach! How does she do it? And better yet, how can I do it? So I watched her video, and was in awe of her photo slideshow where she boldly shows her body changing throughout pregnancy and after pregnancy while wearing a white bikini. That is courage and transparency and a commitment to helping moms! The point is, she is a regular mom, she didn’t have any magic pills or potions, just a bit of knowledge and a commitment to health.
In that moment I KNEW she was the fitness expert for moms that I was looking for….even better than what I was looking for…I think my initial goal was to find someone who could give simple workouts for busy moms, but she is SO MUCH MORE. She has online videos, training DVD’s, nutrition info and the list goes on.
