Getting Crafty in Craft Rooms
By Design Perspective on August 22, 2013
With everyone getting back into the swing of school, homework, and sports schedules, some of you crafty moms will have a little free time during the day to get busy crafting.
For those of you who don't know, I'm a huge scrapbooker. One of my daughter-in-laws got me started and ever since then, I've been a devoted scrapbooker. Another great creative outlet for myself, I also love that it is a craft I can do with with my daughter-in-law.
And if you are a scrapbooker or any type other crafter, you know that these hobbies can take up space! Especially the longer you do it, the pile adds up, and organization is key! Even if you are not a huge craft-hobby doer, we all have lots of wrapping paper and ribbons that we would love to have an organized space for.
Since this is a creative space, design it to be an inspirational haven. Think colors that motivate or inspire you, have an inspiration board, have cubbies and clear bins so you can see everything, and of course have organization!
So let's look at some beautifully designed craft rooms for a little organizational help. See any you wish were your room?
