Getting to Know Nut Butters

Did you know that almond butter is your weight-loss friend? Or did you ever think of using walnut butter instead of mayo on a sandwich? 

These were just a few of the fun facts that some leading nutritionists shared with me about the healthy, protein-packed spreads for a recent piece I did for Fitness Magazine’s website.
