Oh, I am so gettin' my good on!!! I've been participating in Shelley's meme, Only the Good Fridays, and it's pretty amazing the effect it has. As Friday rolls around it's almost like I have no choice in the matter! It's simply time to focus on the good, no matter what! When I sat down to write my Friday good I was in a pissy mood. You know, one of those whiney, stormy moods when things don't go your way? Oh, fuck it. Tell the truth and shame the devil, Thornie. When I don't get my way.
Anyway, I left a comment and had a dear friend (She's actually my evil twin; you might think she's the nice one, but those texas gals can really crack a whip), had the gall to throw my very own words right back at me!

The nerve of that Redhead! Hehe. It was pretty cool, actually. I'm such the Top Femme that it's usually me bossing folks around, so it's kinda nice to have a good enough friend to pull my covers.
Anyway, I digress. The upshot was that I got her return comment just as I was gazing out my front door into a glowing sky with my beautiful desert mountains shadowed in purple in the distance and what song came on my iPod?
Sweet baby James singin' "You've Got a Friend". And yeah, I got my Only the Good Fridays post done. I'd say I'm definitely gettin' my good on!
