"Karnibahar" (trans: cauliflower) literally means "The belly of Spring" in Turkish.

Cauliflower is high in Vitamin C. This is a quick, easy, yummy recipe. It is naturally gluten-free, casein-free (GFCF), soy-free (GFCFSF), corn-free, potato-free, egg-free....!

Ingredients:
1 large head cauliflower
1/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 of a 6-oz. can of tomato paste
1 onion, chopped
olive oil
salt

Directions:
Sautee onions in olive oil in a large soup-like pot. Add ground beef and brown it. Add tomato paste and mix. Put cauliflower on top (you can just put it in whole or cut into quarters). Add water to cover cauliflower plus some more. Add salt to taste. Cook on medium for 45 minutes or until cauliflower gets soft and falls apart.
