Sparkle (1)
Today is not just a day of remembrance, but a day in which we honor those special people in our lives: our grandparents. Grandparents Day became an official holiday after years of a grassroots' effort in 1979 by President Jimmy Carter and is celebrated on the first Sunday after Labor Day. If you forgot this year, there's still time to make a phone call or even do a quick craft for the grandparents in your life.
Dee at Bella So Savvy posted a great craft to make a card for Grandparents Day. It's easy to make, quick and, bonus, super cute. You should be able to sit down and help your kids -- or set them loose on their own -- and get a few made before the day is out! Don't forget to click through to Bella So Savvy to learn how to put the card together!
And if you're a grandparent, well, Happy Grandparents Day to YOU!
