Give Your Kids A Break (From You)!

After being involved in youth sports for many years now I've decided that it would be best if I didn't coach my future child(ren) and you should follow my lead. Too many times I've watched parent/coaches create more of a wedge than a bond when coaching their own children. I want my children to enjoy sports and not feel like they have some obligation to me. At home you run things, but at practice the coach is in charge. This allows for three things to happen:
